Sunday Brunch Buffet
Every Sunday, 10:00 AM - 2:30 PM The Polaris Grill and WJZA 103.5 team together every Sunday to bring The Smooth Jazz Sunday Brunch Buffet featuring the cuisine of Chef Jeff Burris and the sweet sounds of Kim Pensyl. The brunch opens at 10AM with a feast of brunch favorites including eggs benedict, smoked salmon, sausage gravy and biscuits, and the famous "55" salad. The live music fires up at 11am with the last seating for the brunch at 2:30PM.
The buffet offers bagels, Danishes, croissants, Caesar salad, the famous "55" salad, pasta salad, fresh sliced fruit display, peel and eat shrimp, peel and eat crawfish, whole smoked salmon, blackened sea scallops, scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, sausage, bacon, sausage gravy and biscuits, cheddar cheese grits, rice, steamed vegetables, Belgian waffles, French toast with maple syrup, blueberry or strawberry toppings, cinnamon sticky buns, carved roast beef and carved ham, fried chicken, blackened chicken tenders , six cheese ravioli, and beef stir fry. Finally for dessert our famous chocolate fountain, pecan pie, chocolate bundt cake, Oreo pie, lemon meringue pie, coconut cream pie, chocolate cream pie, and a host of the Chef's favorite fruit pies.
